Our Story
Sambandharthi Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief: every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for growth.
Founded in 2020 by a group of passionate social workers, educators, and community leaders, we recognized the interconnected nature of challenges facing Delhi's underserved communities. Rather than addressing issues in isolation, we developed an integrated approach.
Our name "Sambandharthi" literally means "one who creates connections" - and that's exactly what we do. We connect communities with resources, individuals with opportunities, and hope with action.
Today, we serve over 12 locations across Delhi NCR, impacting thousands of lives through our comprehensive programs in education, women empowerment, environmental conservation, and healthcare.
